1. Technical Action Items
- Footer Links (Mandatory): Add the following two distinct links to the global website footer:

- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Ensure your cookie consent management platform (CMP) is configured to automatically detect and honor GPC signals from users’ browsers.
- Dark Patterns Check: Ensure cookie banners use symmetrical buttons (e.g., “Accept All” and “Decline All” must be the same size, color prominence, and take the same number of clicks to execute).
