We appreciate your support in the causes to which Moms Against Poverty is committed. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It relates to donor information that we collect both online and offline. Our Privacy Policy reflects the new requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This means if you are a resident of the EU and your donor records reflect that address, you may be entitled to certain additional protections per GDPR.
What personal data is collected and why?
We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit it to us. This donor information may include name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit/debit card information, which is necessary for us to process the donations. If a donor or a website visitor contacts us by email or via a form on the website, they may provide us with their email address and name. This data is required in these instances to process requests or respond to inquiries.
In addition to the personal information that you submit to us, we may automatically collect information using the following technologies:
Web Server Logs: Our web servers may collect certain information such as referring websites, pages visited, time of visits, and IP address.
